Project Description

Client: Regency Elevator Products Corp.
Location: 598 Madison Avenue, New York, NY
Designer: Handel Architects, LLP

598 Madison Avenue, located on the corner of 57th Street and Madison Avenue, was built in 1918. This 5,000 square feet site was developed to accommodate an array of corporate tenants.

As part of an overall shell and core renovation, designed by Handel Architects, LLP, FINA Stoneworks was trusted to fabricate white Carrara polished marble honeycomb panels for the elevator cab interiors. The renovation, using this type of marble panel, produced a high-end look while creating a durable, yet lightweight interior for the elevator.
